This privacy notice has been prepared by the data controller Ayvan Akıllı Yaşam Sistemleri A.Ş. pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data processed and purposes
Name, phone, email, delivery and billing address, order and appointment details are processed to conclude the contract, deliver orders, and perform installation and support. Your home's floor plan and device configuration are used only to perform the service.
Smart home data
Remote support access to installed systems takes place only with your consent, for a limited time and with logging. Activity and sensor data remain under your control; Ayvan does not use this data for marketing and does not share it with third parties.
Transfers and retention
Data is transferred only to payment institutions, couriers and authorised public bodies to the extent the service requires. Invoice and contract records are kept for the periods set by legislation.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request correction, deletion and object. Send applications to kvkk@ayvanyasam.com.tr.
