Can I make my existing flat smart without renovation?
Yes. With no-neutral smart switches, smart radiator valves and battery curtain motors the conversion needs no wall-breaking.
Does the system work if the internet is cut?
Yes. Scenes run on the local controller; lights, blinds and thermostats are managed even without the internet. The internet is only needed for remote access and notifications.
What is the price difference between KNX and wireless?
A wireless system costs roughly 10-17 thousand TRY per room, KNX 17-30 thousand TRY plus infrastructure. You can compare both in the budget calculator.
Which brands of devices is it compatible with?
It is compatible with over 220 devices and brands. We work with KNX, Matter, Zigbee and Wi-Fi devices with local APIs; the compatibility list is on the Catalogue page.
Can I install the starter kit myself?
Yes; kits come pre-paired and the app guides you step by step. If you lack electrical knowledge for replacing switches, add the 2,900 TRY installation service.
What is the warranty period?
Installed systems carry a two-year warranty. Six months of free remote support follows installation.
What happens to the system when my home is sold?
KNX systems stay with the house and add to its value. You can remove and take wireless kits or hand them over; contact support to transfer the account.
Who is my data shared with?
Sensor and camera data remains under your control and local. Ayvan does not use this data for marketing or share it with third parties. See the KVKK notice for details.
What if a device fails?
Within warranty a faulty device is replaced free of charge. On-site service is within 48 hours in Izmir, Istanbul and Ankara; elsewhere our partner electricians step in.
