All systems installed by Ayvan carry a two-year warranty. The warranty covers device faults, programming errors and installation labour. Damage from power surges, liquid contact and unauthorised tampering is excluded.
Remote support
Remote support is free for the first six months after installation. After that the 'Remote Support' subscription starts at 249 TRY a month and covers adding scenes, app updates and troubleshooting.
On-site service
In case of a fault, on-site service is provided within 48 hours in Izmir, Istanbul and Ankara. In other provinces service is delivered through partner electricians.
Software updates
Security patches and new features are applied remotely with customer approval. For older-generation devices we commit to at least five years of spare parts and software support.
