Alsancak Residence

A wireless system to the 'Comfort Kit' standard was installed in every flat of a 62-flat residence in Alsancak. Owners control lights, blinds and heating from their own apps, while management monitors common-area lighting, the lift lobby and car-park ventilation from a central panel.

Process

• About four hours' installation per flat, with no extra renovation in finished flats
• Common-area lighting with motion and daylight sensors cut electricity cost by 34 percent
• A training video and app code at each flat handover
