Bornova Software Office

In a 1,100 m² software office in Bornova, light, blind and ventilation scenes linked to the meeting-room booking calendar were installed. CO2 sensors adjust ventilation speed, optimising both comfort and energy cost.

Results

• Lighting and air-conditioning switch off automatically in empty rooms
• A panel at each meeting-room door shows occupancy and scene selection
• About a 22 percent reduction in the annual energy bill
